Leave us a Google ReviewSixty-year-old hardware is the through-line in Margate. Worn cylinders, deadbolts that need a shoulder behind them, and aluminum sliders whose latches gave up long ago. All of those are inexpensive to fix before they fail and expensive to deal with at ten at night.
Margate also has a high proportion of rentals for its size. If you are a landlord here, rekeying between tenants is the cheapest security measure available, and it is the only way to actually know that the previous tenant, their partner and whoever they lent a key to no longer have access.
