Premium locksmith service for Parkland homes and businesses.
Parkland's gated communities and upscale homes deserve a locksmith that matches the standard. That's KSB.
Almost everything in Parkland sits behind a gate: Heron Bay, MiraLago, Cascata, Parkland Golf and Country Club. That changes the job. The lock itself is usually newer, and the access system around it is usually the actual problem.
Locked out in a community lot, at the sports complex, or in your own driveway? We come to the vehicle and open it without damage, any make or model.

Leave us a Google ReviewSmart locks and keypad deadbolts are the norm on newer Parkland doors, and most of the lockouts we attend are not lock failures at all. They are dead batteries, a keypad that lost its programming, or a code someone changed and forgot. Nearly all of those have a mechanical override, and knowing where yours is will save you a call.
The other Parkland specific is the multipoint patio door, common on the larger and newer homes. When one of those goes out of alignment the handle stops lifting and the door will not lock at all. It is a repair rather than a replacement, as long as it is caught before someone forces it.
