Search locksmith near me in Broward and you get a screen full of listings. A lot of them are dispatch networks that pass your job to whoever is closest. Here is the honest difference.
01
You get Joe, not a subcontractor
Call 954-994-1984 and you reach Joe, the owner. Joe is also the person who turns up at your door. No call centre, no voicemail, and nobody bidding your job out to a stranger.
02
Licensed & insured in Florida
Fully licensed and insured to work throughout Broward County. Ask for the license number any time. A locksmith who gets cagey about that question is telling you something.
03
The quote is the price
The oldest trick in this trade is a cheap number on the phone that triples once your lock is already drilled. You get a clear quote before any work starts, and that is what you pay. No dispatch fee bolted on at the end.
04
One county, since 2012
KSB works Broward, and only Broward, and has done since 2012. That is over a decade of knowing which buildings run which hardware, where the gate offices are, and how long it really takes to cross the county at five on a Friday.

Starting prices, published up front. Not a teaser rate and not a flat rate: whatever number you are quoted before work begins is the number you pay.

Why every price says from
Because a standard residential deadbolt is not the same job as a high-security cylinder or a multipoint patio door, and five cylinders keyed alike is not the same as five separate rekeys. Tell us the lock and the door when you call and you get a firm number before anyone touches anything. There is no dispatch fee, and no charge for turning up and quoting.

Coral Springs is a city of offices and professional suites. The Corporate Park, the buildings along University Drive and the medical offices around Sample Road and Atlantic Boulevard all run on suite doors, shared entrances and lots of keys handed to staff.
Medical and dental offices are a big part of our work here. Records rooms, medication storage and staff-only doors need access that matches each role, and that is exactly what a master key system or keypads are for.
Retail plazas along Sample Road, Wiles Road and near Coral Square see storefront locks worn down by daily use. We replace mortise cylinders and lock bodies before they fail, not after a key snaps at opening time.
Exit hardware is where code comes in. A required exit must open from inside in one motion, with no key. If extra locks were added to a back door, we will show you a compliant way to keep the same security.
Common questions
Coral Springs commercial locksmith FAQ
What Coral Springs business owners and property managers ask us most.
Can you work around our office hours?
Yes. Our hours are Sun–Thu 9 AM–7 PM, Fri 9 AM–5 PM and Sat 9 AM–6 PM, and we schedule commercial jobs for your quietest window, like late afternoon or a Sunday.
An employee left with a key. What should we do?
Rekey every door that key opens. It is quick and inexpensive, and we can usually do it the same day.
Do you set up master key systems for medical offices?
Yes. Each role opens only what it needs, and the plan is designed before any key is cut.
Do you repair panic bars and exit devices?
Yes, installation, repair and adjustment. A required exit has to work every time.
Do you work with HOAs in Coral Springs?
Yes. Clubhouses, pool gates, gatehouses and storage rooms, with key plans for the board, management and vendors.
Can you install keypads on our office doors?
Yes, for the right doors. Codes are easier to manage than keys when staff change often.
