Locked out of your Pompano Beach home? We pick the lock, not drill it, so your lock keeps working.
Beachfront condos, Palm Aire units, Cresthaven homes and every apartment in between.
You are standing outside your own door. Here is exactly what happens next.
Condo unit door, house deadbolt, keypad, slider? Tell us, or text a photo of the lock, and we bring the right tools for that door.
On a normal deadbolt or knob we pick or bypass it. Your lock still works afterwards and your key still fits.
You get the full number before we start. If the lock has failed inside and has to be drilled, we tell you the cost first.
ID or mail with the address, or a word from the condo office. We ask everyone, so nobody can talk us into opening your door.
Each service has its own page with local details and answers to common questions.
Search locksmith near me in Broward and you get a screen full of listings. A lot of them are dispatch networks that pass your job to whoever is closest. Here is the honest difference.
Call 954-994-1984 and you reach Joe, the owner. Joe is also the person who turns up at your door. No call centre, no voicemail, and nobody bidding your job out to a stranger.
Fully licensed and insured to work throughout Broward County. Ask for the license number any time. A locksmith who gets cagey about that question is telling you something.
The oldest trick in this trade is a cheap number on the phone that triples once your lock is already drilled. You get a clear quote before any work starts, and that is what you pay. No dispatch fee bolted on at the end.
KSB works Broward, and only Broward, and has done since 2012. That is over a decade of knowing which buildings run which hardware, where the gate offices are, and how long it really takes to cross the county at five on a Friday.
Starting prices, published up front. Not a teaser rate and not a flat rate: whatever number you are quoted before work begins is the number you pay.
Because a standard residential deadbolt is not the same job as a high-security cylinder or a multipoint patio door, and five cylinders keyed alike is not the same as five separate rekeys. Tell us the lock and the door when you call and you get a firm number before anyone touches anything. There is no dispatch fee, and no charge for turning up and quoting.

East of Federal Highway, salt air is the story. Deadbolts near the beach and the Intracoastal stiffen over a few seasons until one day the key will not turn at all. That is a lockout caused by the lock, not by you, and it is worth replacing that cylinder while we are there so it does not happen again.
Condo buildings along A1A, in Harbor Village and across Palm Aire have their own rules. Many have a front desk or a management office, and some keep a key on file. If yours does, call them first; it may be the fastest way in. If not, let the desk know a locksmith is coming and we will work within the building rules.
Inland, Cresthaven, Kendall Green and Old Pompano are mostly single-family homes and duplexes, many from the 1960s and 70s, with original hardware and doors that have been painted over more than once. Those take patience, not force, and they open cleanly with the right tools.
Seasonal homes are a big part of Pompano. Owners come back after the summer to a lock that no longer cooperates, or a rental changes hands with no idea who still has keys. Either way, a rekey on the same visit makes sure every old key is dead.
